About me
I grew up in a small farming/fishing/logging town in southwest Washington state and moved to a slightly larger town at 17. From there I've been fairly mobile and have yet to spend more than about three years at any one address. When I have to provide information for a background check or other inquiry, it is always one of those times where I think, "I really need to stop moving". I am one of those people that took the long route through college and money is a big reason for that. I now think I know what field I want to go into, it is just a matter of getting there. I, like many other people, have been unemployed for a while now and am tired of this "extended vacation" and am ready to get back to having a regular schedule and not having to worry about making that next COBRA payment. I am thankful for my friends and family for putting up with my quirks (ok, craziness) and loving me anyway. I have started to finally accept that I cannot force people to like me but am still puzzled when I thought someone was a friend and then they stop speaking to me. I have learned that I am pretty outspoken but try to be delicate when I have to say something people may not want to hear (yes, I know, work in progress). I have found that I'm pretty good at reading people and while I might have my own issues, I always want to be there for my friends when they need me. I hope to post regularly but you never know. I hope you enjoy.
